Does the degree you study for define your career path?4Bhoomeeka2018-08-27 23:22:42
I am currently studying for my degree in Psychology , and I am looking forward to becoming a school psychologist . But for that you need a master's degree . I hear you basically can not do anything with a BS in Psychology to earn a master . Some people say that you can work in social work , but that's not my thing. I am in counseling, so I aspire to work for my Masters , but where I work when I graduate with my degree ? MedlinePlus MedlinePlus I've heard of people with degrees in chemistry and end up working in law firms, etc. I've heard that your bachelor's degree does not permanently define his career . I've also heard of someone majoring in political science and go into the world of business, etc , etc MedlinePlus MedlinePlus I 've noticed that basically can not do anything with a degree in Psychology . You really can not do anything unless you have Psychology a master ! So I 'm going crazy . I am finishing my second year at my university , and I'm basically finished all my gen - ed requirements , and next semester will really be diving into the requirements of my Psychology . I do not know what to do with a degree in psychology when I graduate ? Where I can find a job ? Anyone who has been through something similar? Does your degree strengthen and define your career path ? HELP !

I like to go to graduate school in psychology of education for UVA ( probably gifted education ) . I wonder if a degree in Elementary Education and a BS in Psychology with a minor education would be more attractive to those who review my application . Thank you !

I 'm in Psychology course , and one of my tasks I will watch a child and then write an interpretive essay (which I've never heard ) . My instructor has given me very little information or guidance on this project , even after repeated requests ( other than " we will relate my observations to theories " ) . I have completed the observations , and am currently in the process of trying to write my essay interpretive . MedlinePlus MedlinePlus This is my first psychology class I ever had , and I'm a little embarrassed because this type of activity is very strange to me . MedlinePlus MedlinePlus Do you know any interpretive essays or case studies of this nature could have access to familiar with the format and content should be ? MedlinePlus MedlinePlus Thanks in advance for any advice or suggestions you may be able to pay .

19. The students in Ms. Chen's classroom include students of color, low-SES students, White middle-SES students, gifted and talented students, and students with disabilities. In thinking about how to deal with such a diverse group, Ms. Chen decides to present material using a variety of formats and in a variety of modalities, have students demonstrate what they've learned in a variety of ways, and use a variety of techniques to motivate students to learn. The goal for such an approach to instruction is to a. help all students learn as much as possible. b. identify which students qualify for some type of special class placement. c. motivate all students to work hard by increasing the difficulty of lessons. d. create within-class ability groups as a way to maximize the learning of all students. I think it's either A or D. In a literal sense, A make sense but D could be the plan?
