( Year , Month Day of publication) . Article Title . In the title of the full web page in italics. Current query Date Month Day , Year , from URL of the website here . MedlinePlus MedlinePlus example MedlinePlus Lerner , K. L. , & B. W. Lerner (2006 , October 3 ) . Leeuwenhoek , Antoni van (1632-1723) . In eNotes . no date means no date is used when no one knows the date of publication . MedlinePlus If you only know the year , then just put the MedlinePlus years Tab on each line other than the first day of each appointment . MedlinePlus Several authors are separated by a comma and a " &"
