Enlisting in the Navy with a Master's degree?0ray122012-10-08 05:40:34
Can anyone tell me terrible things about being an officer so you can feel better about this? The official recruiters I've talked to tell me right now waiting to go to OCS is at least two years if you are accepted . They also told me that there is only an acceptance rate of 20% for anyone without an engineering degree . I do not want to wait two years. I feel that I would have a better chance to go official once they 've been in the front trying civil . You can also take advantage of the program student loan repayment. Does anyone have thoughts on this? MedlinePlus MedlinePlus My Master's degree in Psychology is however , I am not licensed to practice something so join the medical staff is not an option at this time either. I have a 87 on the ASVAB and am looking at a rate of ET / FC .. are there other good guys should consider? Any thoughts on this will be appreciated. Next to the Marina has become very important to me and I have said repeatedly that I have to make my experience as I want . Considering enlisting into the Navy?0) ã„£ Ni real estate 2012-10-22 02:50:21
Hi , I am interested in joining the military . I have 24 years old and graduated from college a year ago with a degree in Administration of Justice and Law. I'm interested in getting a PhD in psychology from the road , but for that to work requires that I need to improve my average substantially . My GPA was 2.5 with 128 credits. I've talked to recruiters for the official selection at the Army , Navy and Marine Corps . All said my chances were bleak with my GPA . However, speaking on the similarity had three options if you are interested in the military. Go through the National Guard / Reserve , a master's and then back , or recruited to NCO . MedlinePlus I was thinking of going to the Navy in the rate of MA or HM then get a master's degree in Clinical Social Work . Question How is enlisted life ? With downsizing I guess it will be a long waiting period to enroll. However, it is a long time to be engaged to MA or HM in the Navy ? For reservations not offer money for graduate education ? It is difficult to go from enlisted to officer ? How enlisted health officer ? MedlinePlus MedlinePlus Appreciate the response
Enlisting in the Navy as a college graduate. What are my opportunities?1kunjani pathak2012-10-12 19:35:04
I recently graduated as a student with a degree in psychology . I may enlist in the Navy and if I do go that route , I thought I'd go to school and work with the soldiers as a kind of clinical psychologist or equivalent . I am a student / educated person then a soldier driven real. I was told to do the official program , but I'm not interested in being an officer because my interest is the most important , is to help people with a certain type of profression . If you have any free advice please share with me . Thank you !
Possible position in the Navy with a Masters degree?1DENETTE2012-10-08 02:21:03
I have 23 years of age. I'm in college right now ( is a doctoral program ) . I'm considering just say I want to go out and fall into the masters program . I would like to end with a Masters in Molecular and Microbiology . Focus on Neuroscience or nanotechnology . MedlinePlus MedlinePlus I have two degrees . One in Biology and one in Psychology . MedlinePlus MedlinePlus I'll be 25 when I go to OCS . I have an IQ of > 120 and I doubt they would score no less than 85th percentile on standardized tests of OCS . MedlinePlus MedlinePlus I run all the time , and can run 4 miles in 27 minutes . Pushups and pullups are another matter . I can only do 6-7 pullups ( military style ) and I can only do a solid 30-35 pushups. I weigh 160 lbs ( 5'10 " ) . MedlinePlus MedlinePlus Is there anything in the Navy (official ) for me , or should I look elsewhere ?

What job can I get in the Navy or Navy Reserves with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology?0Christa2012-10-14 04:23:21
I'm just going to school and going to work on my BA in Psychology . I'm not sure if I want to " completely " committed to the Navy at this time ( I am Reservations would be better because I want to keep my Ph D and with reservations , I think I'll have time to do it ) . My boyfriend joined the Navy right high school and got stuck with a job I did not want just to advance to sergeant and just now receiving their Associates . She said I could go as an officer , but to talk to the recruiter for details . If someone give me an answer that would be great. I checked the official website , but not much is given , unless you're already a practicing professional .
Enlisting in the air force reserves with degree?2gad2012-10-24 11:54:02
Hi! MedlinePlus I have 22 years and will be finishing my degree in Psychology in December MedlinePlus MedlinePlus I want some military experience while maintaining a pretty decent job so you can get a little more experience of life and serve my country . That's why I'm thinking of booking. My ultimate goal is to graduate school . I'm thinking of going through graduate school so how is filtered out if I'm in the reserves . I will stay in CA though. MedlinePlus MedlinePlus I 'm leaning towards the Air Force reserves but that range would start in e- oe 3 - 4? MedlinePlus seems like it would be official exaggeration considering my average is only 3.3 and I have no prior military experience MedlinePlus MedlinePlus I talked to an Army recruiter yesterday that he was ready to sign but I forgot to ask these questions MedlinePlus MedlinePlus I'm interested in the army and air force reserve . mostly Air Force
What are the Benefits of enlisting with a Bachelors degree in Psychology?1chamy2017-12-04 05:49:13
I'm about to graduate with my degree in December and would love to go to graduate school and get my doctorate , but unfortunately I 'm already 20,000 in debt and I do not receive financial aid in graduate school that really can not afford afford to add more to the debt. I have never considered military , but as I 'm starting to look at the job market , I am horrified because no job is worth and I'm starting to feel like the last four years of college have not paid off. I am a hard worker and a good student , but I will not lie I am very feminine and delicate . What could I do for the military at this level and would have to go through Boot Camp as a traditional enlisted straight out in high school ? The answers and help will be greatly appreciated.
Injury stopping me from enlisting?1Chrissie2012-10-20 06:17:02
I recently decided to go along with the Professions Scholarship Program Army Health Psychology ( CPIP ) when she turns 21 (requiring ) . I will be on March 19 . Last week I damaged my knee resulting in two doctor visits and multiple vaccines (6) in the knee . I had a previous case of Osgood Schlatter that it was in no way prevents me though. Can this situation stopped me going into the program ? Or can it be waived ? I do not mean just this. Thanks :)
I need help deciding on enlisting or officer programs.?3ibk2012-11-03 12:53:03
I have a BA in Psychology and am looking to join the Air Force. I have really wanted to become a nurse in the Air Force , but I'm not sure which way to go about it . I could not enlist as active duty and then go to nursing school through the program that pays tuition and gives a check to go to school . ( My recruiter told me this , and I forgot the name of the program ) . Or I can become an officer and then enter graduate school to do something about health care . I am torn between the two options and do not know what would be a better decision . I am also open to do anything in the health care and do not know if it has more to do from the official program , because I will make a lot more money from .
