Hello. A couple of years ago I graduated from Otterbein College , a small private college in Columbus , OH with a BS in Psychology . Shortly after I went to college briefly before deciding it was not for me . MedlinePlus MedlinePlus I've been thinking about going back to school for computer science BSIN so it could become a software engineer ( programming in graduate school raised my interest in the field ) and would be both easy and relatively fast for me return to my alma mater , but I'm a little worried about a technical degree from a university (quite strong ) liberal arts . Employerss I look down on it ? The school lists alumni working for Battelle , the Department of Defense and other organizations , so it seems fine, but I'm still a little paranoid .

Why waste time with second degree when you can get a Masters in Computer Science in about 3 years ? Not necessarily have to have a degree in computer science , however , you may need to take some required classes as part of their program of study . I had to do this when I moved from one department to my master to a different one for my doctorate . MedlinePlus MedlinePlus It will be much more marketable with a BS in Psych and a Master of Science Comp and you will be able to make more money . MedlinePlus MedlinePlus Good Luck !
