What are the Benefits of enlisting with a Bachelors degree in Psychology?1chamy2017-12-04 05:49:13
I'm about to graduate with my degree in December and would love to go to graduate school and get my doctorate , but unfortunately I 'm already 20,000 in debt and I do not receive financial aid in graduate school that really can not afford afford to add more to the debt. I have never considered military , but as I 'm starting to look at the job market , I am horrified because no job is worth and I'm starting to feel like the last four years of college have not paid off. I am a hard worker and a good student , but I will not lie I am very feminine and delicate . What could I do for the military at this level and would have to go through Boot Camp as a traditional enlisted straight out in high school ? The answers and help will be greatly appreciated.[View Answers]

My wife and I are enlisted. She graduated with a degree in about a year , and I 'm graduating with a bachelor's degree in both. Their analysis is in behavioral psychology , and mine are legal studies . She is worried that she will not be able to become an officer because of their degree , but it was too late to change without taking much longer.[View Answers]

Is this a good plan to becoming a FBI or CIA Special Agent?3Adebayo2012-10-23 18:51:52
I am currently a junior in high school . I rated # 5, at 2% . My GPA is about a 4.2 on a 4.0 scale . I'm thinking of going to college and double major in Criminal Justice and Forensic Psychology . Both singles. Now I have A + certification and will obtain a certification ISAA shortly. I speak fluent Arabic and return to learn to read and write to it ( be easy ) . He also speaks German bit . After college you want to join the Marine Corps as a deputy officer . ( possibly get my Masters in CJ while doing this ? ) With all that I hope to apply the FBI or the CIA for a special agent position and be accepted . All suggestions , recommendations or advice ?[View Answers]
Im in the air force and i want to become a psychologist?0Windy2012-10-22 15:35:41
Tell me if my plan is good : im 24 years been in the AF for almost 2 years .. itll be 2 years on March 25. im starting school on October 19 to take two classes at a time cuz that's all we can do on active duty . im working on a degree in psychology.after my enlistment is up ( March 25, 2012 ) im going to change to protect so I can continue my education full time instead of part time. you probably will not have a bachelor's degree before I leave but it should be close enough to start with only two remaining semesters . then after my degree I will keep going to my masters and then my Ph.D. Some questions I have are : Is this a good plan? Is it a smart choice to go after my enlistment guard to practice full-time education ? ? I can get a job that pays descent (more than minimum wage and pay over SSgt ) with a bachelor's degree in the civilian world ? Any tips and advice and experience will help ! Thank you ! PS Just in case you ask .. My ultimate goal is to own my own practice where I come and talk to me PPL about your situation so that I can help in CALIFORNIA ![View Answers]

Do I need to go to basic training if I join the military after getting my bachelors degree? If not, can I?4Nicolla2012-10-09 00:53:04
I'm looking to join either the marines or the army after getting my degree in psychology , to have a better chance of getting a job in the CIA or the FBI in the future. Before trying to convince me that there are other ways , which is the only reason I want to join. Anyway , I would like an official right? If I have to go through basic, I can choose to do it ? Anyway ? I know people in the military and in general , they do not really respect the officers that much because it did not go through what I went to basic / AIT and I do not wanna be one of those people who do not earn respect.[View Answers]
